A founder of Pine Street, Mike is actively involved in all activities, including deal sourcing, deal structuring and portfolio management. Mike currently serves as a board observer on Pine Street portfolio companies Power Tech, Adaptec Solutions, CinchSeal Associates, Verdantas, Lumina Vision Partners, Pacific West and Integrated Warehouse Solutions. He also serves as a board member and past President of the Upstate Venture Association of New York. Prior to co-founding Pine Street, Mike was a Director in FleetBoston Corporation's Leveraged Finance Group in Boston responsible for originating and structuring leveraged cash flow transactions for middle market companies. Before starting his banking career, he served as a congressional aide in Washington, DC. Mike earned his MBA from Emory University and his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College. He is a 2007 recipient of the New York Capital District Business Review's "40 under 40" award and is active with several non-profit organizations in the Capital Region.

David joined Pine Street in mid 2008 and is involved with all activities at Pine Street. He currently serves as a board member on Pine Street portfolio companies Artful Home, Atlas Devices, Boutique Brands, Seattle Coffee Gear, Taylor Stitch and Ironwork Brands. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Citizens Capital, the mezzanine and private equity group for Citizens Financial Group. Prior to Citizens Capital, David was a strategy consultant for Mainspring Communications. Before Mainspring, David worked for BankBoston in a middle market lending group and completed BankBoston's credit and capital markets training program. He is a graduate of Babson College (BS) and the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College (MBA).

A founder of Pine Street, Tim is involved with all activities at Pine Street, including deal sourcing, deal structuring, portfolio management and administration. Tim currently serves as a board member on Pine Street portfolio companies Express Medical Transporters, Filterworks USA, NPL HomeCare, and DeIorio Foods, and is a board observer on Pine Street portfolio company Alexis Russell. He is also active as a board member of several other for profit and not for profit entities. Tim's career has included a variety of roles, including as Chief Operating Officer and board member of Colonial Data Technologies, a $75 million revenue publicly traded provider of telecommunications equipment; Chief Financial Officer of First Albany Companies Inc., a $250 million publicly traded investment banking and brokerage firm; and more than 10 years as a senior investment banker providing advice and capital raising services to small and middle market companies in various industries. Tim began his career as a corporate and securities attorney at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Albany Law School.

Jack Walsh, Vice President
Jack joined Pine Street in 2017 and is primarily involved with investment evaluation and execution, portfolio management, and deal flow generation. Jack currently serves as a board observer on Pine Street portflio company Full Spectrum. Previously, he was an Associate at Citizens Bank in Boston, MA. At Citizens he was part of the leveraged finance team responsible for evaluating and underwriting leveraged finance opportunities for middle market and mid-corporate companies across a variety of industries and transaction types. Jack also spent time in Citizens’ restructuring and workout group. He is a graduate of Skidmore College (BS), where he was captain of the varsity hockey team.

Callie joined Pine Street in 2017 and is primarily responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. Previously, she was an Accounting Manager at LeverPoint Management, a third party fund administrator for private equity and venture funds. In this role, Callie was responsible for the back office accounting and data management for clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, renewable energy, healthcare and retail. Callie also spent three years in public accounting, working for Deloitte & Touche on a variety of clients. She is a graduate of Siena College (BS).

Jack Murray, Associate
Jack joined Pine Street in 2024. He is primarily involved with portfolio management, investment evaluation, and deal execution. Prior to joining Pine Street, Jack was an Associate at BDO working in the Transaction Advisory Services group. Jack received a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
